APPOINTMENT INFO

A few simple guidelines for a smooth, relaxed visit.

BOOKING

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. This allows booking to remain reliable and protects reserved appointment times. All payment information is kept private, confidential, and securely stored.

Cancellations

Every appointment is intentionally set aside just for you. Because I work one-on-one and reserve that time exclusively, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Since I don’t double-book, each appointment is held for a single client. This policy allows me to continue offering unrushed, personalized care while keeping the schedule fair for everyone.

Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service value.

As a courtesy, you’ll receive a text reminder 72 hours before your appointment using the contact information provided at booking.

late arrivals

I understand that delays happen. If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is offered when lateness is communicated before your scheduled appointment time.

If more than 15 minutes pass without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

When arrival is beyond the grace period but the service can still be accommodated, a $20 late fee may apply to allow the appointment to continue without impacting the rest of the day’s schedule.

no-call/no-shows

Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-call/no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Because that time cannot be rebooked, future appointments will require prepayment.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.

This guarantee does not apply in the following situations: a change in the original style, cut, or color request; any chemical services or treatments applied after your appointment (whether at home or at another salon); concerns communicated more than 48 hours after the service; color correction services
